Learning About Symmetry
Look at a butterfly illustration in the book. Young children might discuss the colors of the butterfly and the shapes of the wing designs (circles, lines, etc.). Now, cover one half of the butterfly. What should the other half look like? Cover one side of a human face in the illustrating. What should be on the other side? When two sides match, they are
